J.L. Casajuana was born as a law firm in 1976, founded by our directing partner José Luis Casajuana Espinosa. Since then, the firm offers its services to companies and particulars, fornational and international legal advisory, defence before Courts and arbitration proceedings.

He obtained his Law degree in the Complutense University and completed his education in Brisbane (Australia) – Shafston University – , in London obtaining the Legal International Certificate – Wimbledon School -, and in Madrid undertaking the degree of expert in Companies’ Law by the ICAM (Madrid Bar Association). He has professional experience in Europe (United Kingdom) and Africa (Tanzania), which allowed him to achieve a clear international profile.
Practising Lawyer of the Madrid Bar Association. His specializations are Civil and Business Law, Real State and International Transactions, with experience in legal advisory and procedural practice before Courts from 2006. He has taken over the management of cases and defence in Courts on behalf of renowned companies with international implementation.
He combines the Law practice as an attorney with management duties in our Firm, and coordinates our international area to assist the foreign companies of our portfolio.

Director of the Labour Law Department

She studied at the Law School in the University of Extremadura. Registered as a practising lawyer at the Madrid Bar Association. She is an specialised attorney in Labour Law with experienced in collective bargaining, recruitment and dismissals and general legal advisory to companies regarding Labour Law.
Her professional career was initiated under the guidance of the prestigious Labour attorney Eduardo Fernández de Blas and her professional experience in the Labour Law Firm Plaza Abogados completed her background, before becoming our Director for the Labour Law Department in 2012.
She has wide experience in the Labour Law area to which she has been exclusively dedicated during all her professional career. She has taken over the assistance and defence of prestigious companies and individuals, as well as advisory for company groups and associations.
In addition to her experience gained in Courts, she has also intervened in job regulations and employment measures procedures, collective negotiations and proceedings before the Administrative Courts.

His entire professional career has been completely dedicated to the study of the Administrative Law, being a practicing attorney in this field, which makes him in an expert lawyer in this speciality.

Expert lawyer in Criminal Law, International Criminal Law, Extraditions and Medical Negligence.
Practicing attorney in the U.S.A. as an associate of the Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle Law Firm in New York City. He continued his career in Spain, being legal director of the international department in the ITT Standard Eléctrica group of companies for 10 years.
Member of the Royal Academy of Legislation and Jurisprudence; Fellow of the Academy of Trial Lawyers (U.S.A.) and of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (U.S.A.); international arbitrator in the American Arbitration Association (U.S.A.); advisor of the Human Rights Comission in the UN in Geneva and advisor of the Royal Commission for the Reform of the Criminal Code (U.K.).
