Ioannis Charaktiniotis
Ioannis Charaktiniotis is the co-founder and Managing Partner of the Law Firm “I. Charaktiniotis & Partners”. He graduated from the Law School of the National University of Athens. He is an Attorney at the Supreme Court and member of the Athens Bar Association.
With more than 30 years of experience and expertise in the provision of legal services, and with a substantial presence in the area of legal advice and litigation, he has successfully represented individuals, Greek and foreign companies, industrial, manufacturing and services companies, banks and public companies and organizations, covering almost all the areas of the law.
He specializes in cases of Civil, Commercial and Public Law, in cases of intellectual and industrial property, public procurement and tenders, Real Estate Law, legal pursuit of bank claims and economic criminal offenses.
He was a Legal Advisor for the company OLYMPIC VILLAGE 2004, being in charge of and responsible for all the legal stages involving the company’s formation and organization, the editing of issues and the conduct of international tenders to find the contractors who would construct the OLYMPIC VILLAGE, and the monitoring of the performance of the contracts.
He was an elected Member of the BoD of the Athens Bar Association for 12 years, and a member of the Greek delegation in the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), as representative of the Athens Bar Association, participating in the standing committees pertaining to the lawyer’s ethics, the practice of law, the lawyers’ freedom of establishment, competition and money laundering.

Ourania Mitsopoulou is an attorney at the Supreme Court. She graduated from the Law School of the Aristotelio University of Thessaloniki and is a member of the Athens Bar Association.
