Founding partner of Zaroni Advogados with solid academic background in the leading tax and law educational institutions of Brazil. He graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and holds an specialization in Tax Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, and an MBA degree in Tax Management from the renowned accounting institute FIPECAFI, connected to the Department of Accounting of São Paulo University.
Bruno Zaroni has been practicing law for over 17 years, and is responsible for the administrative law, tax consulting and litigation area of the office. Due to his experience, he operates extensively in issues related to maritime, shipbuilding, and Oil & Gas laws, and deals with the inflow and stabilization of several companies in the Brazilian market.
