Practice Areas:With over 30 years’ experience in both Employment Law and Dispute Resolution, Carol advised on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. She also litigates in the Civil Courts in connection with claims arising out of breach of confidentiality and restrictive covenants including injunctive work. She has experience of acting as supervising solicitor and submitting independent reports to the Court on Seize and Search Orders.
