He studied Law in the Complutense University of Madrid and obtained the postgraduate Executive Master in Urbanism and Territory Planning (Business School CEU), and the postgraduate Master of Urbanism (Centro de Estudios Bayer para la Administración Local). His entire professional career has been completely dedicated to the study of the Administrative Law, being a practicing attorney in this field, which makes him in an expert lawyer in this speciality.
Legal advisor of several local entities and colaborator with “El Consultor de los Ayuntamientos” – “Townhalls’ advisor” – (Publisher La Ley – Wolters & Kluger) where he answers local “Secretarios’” – “Town clerks” – queries.
He has been author of of Public Contracting and Urbanism such as “Código de Contratación del Sector Público”, “Reglamento de Servicios de las Corporaciones Locales” , “Contratación del Sector Público Local” y “Ley de Rehabilitación, regeneración y renovación urbanas”.
Mentor in the postgraduate study “La Ley de RRRU” by the Local Studies and International Cooperation Centre of Granada, and speaker in multiple symposiums related to the Administrative Law.
