Founding partner of Zaroni Advogados, former Director of the Dutcham – Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Rio de Janeiro and Member of the Advisory Board of the Ducham, he graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and holds postgraduate degrees in Business Management from IBMEC-Rio and in Business Law from PUC-Rio. He is responsible for the international, corporate and contracts areas of our office, having built a solid career in business Law.
Raphael Zaroni has extensive experience in consulting and advisory services in business processes for the formation/incorporation of foreign companies in Brazil and in International Law.
In view of his professional trajectory, he has extensive experience in issues related to both maritime law and the performance of shipbuilding and Oil & Gas industries, aiding in recent years, the inflow and stabilization of several companies in the Brazilian market.
